Our Plunge cold plunges have a very spacious interior and get rediculously cold!
The unique design of the All-In Commercial Max Cold Plunges allows you to recline fully and “relax” while you are plunging, or curl up like in most other plunges.
It can fit an individual up to 6'9" tall or even two, somewhat smaller, people at the same time. We keep one plunge at around 47° and the other around 50°, but we can adjust them for your specific protocols.
Our contrast therapy rooms each have a Finnmark Trinity Hybrid Sauna. Each of these saunas have several infrared heaters and a traditional stone heater. This sauna combines all the benefits of Finnmark’s UL listed Spectrum Plus infrared heaters, traditional 120V sauna heater, and true medical grade Spectrum Red Light™ Therapy all in one beautiful sauna.
