Zoe has been practicing massage since 2019. She feels it is important that massage is relaxing so she incorporates fluid motions to ease the body and mind, while slowly adding in deep tissue strokes and stretching to restore muscles into alignment. This method allows the body time to release all of its tensions, in order to create a safe space for healing.
Zoe is a very intuitive bodyworker and attentive to detail. She will adapt her massage to you, as she is very sensitive to each individual’s needs. Zoe is also always eager to learn and grow more as a practitioner. She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, and structural energetic therapy and is continuously learning more.
Licenses & Certifications: Licensed Massage Therapist, certified Thai Massage Therapist, specifically trained and qualified in full-chest and breast massage.
