Our Morning Ritual

The 190° Longevity Club is not a drop-in spa experience. It's a shared practice, focused on community, consistency, and results.

Our Finnish Dry Sauna is on the roof of our building and offers an amazing view of Puget Sound through it's one-way privacy glass. Each club member will spend up to 20 minutes in this sauna 3 to 5 times per week with the option to use our hybrid saunas, cold plunges or red light therapy treatment after.
