New Clients

• Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to fill out paperwork and talk with your therapist. 
• However, please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early so that we have time to say goodbye to any earlier clients and clean the practice to make it ready for you.
• You can print our New Client Intake Form and fill it out at home for your convenience, or just fill one out when you get here. 

Returning Clients

We are an appointment-only business, and our front door is locked while we are in session. So, if this is not your first visit with us, please plan on arriving only about 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as usual.

We have three different locations. Make sure to confirm the location of your appointment in your email.

• Massage Reimagined Magnolia – 3150 W Government Way, Suite 2, Seattle, WA 98199
• Massage Reimagined Lower Queen Anne – 311 W Republican St, Seattle, WA 98119

*Important note for our Lower Queen Anne practice. We are on the second floor of the building, and there is no elevator.  Please contact us if this might be an issue for you.
