Our contrast therapy rooms each have a world class cold plunge and a custom made hybrid sauna with both infrared heaters and a traditional stone heater, which can create temperatures over 180 degrees (whereas most other saunas being used for contrast therapy use only infrared heat, which can usually not get much above 140 degrees).
Our Red Light Therapy Room is packed with 8 of the most powerful and effectiive light panels made anywhere. They are the only red/NIR light devices available that provides the multi-wave R+| NIR+ spectral output, harnessing seven different red and near infrared wavelengths of lights for next level therapy.
We built a beautiful custom sauna with a high-steam stone heater on the roof of the practice with one-way glass and a beautiful view of Puget Sound. It has enough space for 6 people and there is an outdoor shower as well as a private bathroom with a very large shower!
We blend the relaxing full-body strokes of Hawaiian and Swedish styles with some of the best massage styles from all over the world including Thai Massage and Ashiatsu and integrate techniques from various sports massage modalilties. Our Plunge cold plunges have a very spacious interior and get rediculously cold!
The unique design of the All-In Commercial Max Cold Plunges allows you to recline fully and “relax” while you are plunging, or curl up like in most other plunges.
It can fit an individual up to 6'9" tall or even two, somewhat smaller, people at the same time. We keep one plunge at around 49° and the other around 54°, but we can adjust them for your specific protocols.
Our contrast therapy rooms each have a Finnmark Trinity Hybrid Sauna. Each of these saunas have several infrared heaters and a traditional stone heater. This sauna combines all the benefits of Finnmark’s UL listed Spectrum Plus infrared heaters, traditional 120V sauna heater, and true medical grade Spectrum Red Light™ Therapy all in one beautiful sauna.
