Our Prices

We are committed to providing our clients with the best massage experience possible at a reasonable price. Because of this, we have not raised prices in over 4 years. However, our operating costs have gone up significantly since then, and we need to pay our therapists more than we are able to right now, all of which necessitate a small price change that is coming in March.

We keep our pricing structure as simple as possible: Our current prices are $125 per hour (per person) for our World-Class Massages and $200 per hour (per person) for our Deep Lomi Master Massage Therapists, and this is for the full time (no short hours), It also includes everything. We do not have any upsells for anything extra that we provide, as many practices do. Not judging, just saying that is not our style.

Our new prices will be $150 per hour (per person) for our World-Class Massages and $225 per hour (per person) for our Deep Lomi Master Massage Therapists. If you purchase a massage or gift certificate before then, you will not have to pay any additional money. Your purchases will be adjusted to the new rate automatically, without you having to pay the difference.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It is very important to us that we respect our massage therapists’ time, so we have a very firm cancellation policy.

There is no charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment start time, but please try to minimize these so our therapists do not have gaps in their schedules.
There is a 50% of the normal session price* charge for appointments canceled less than 24 hours before your appointment start time, and this money goes directly to paying your therapist.
If you fail to cancel your appointment before its start time and do not show up for it, you will be charged the normal session cost for that appointment.
However, if we are able to find another client to take your appointment time, then there is no charge regardless of when you canceled.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

TRAVEL FEES/MOBILE MASSAGE:

Our standard travel fee is $100 for the Seattle and Bellevue Metropolitan areas. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us before booking your mobile massage experience. If our therapist is coming to your downtown Seattle hotel, we also ask that you pay for their parking at your hotel.

MEDICAL MASSAGE ($185/HOUR)

This rate is for treatment protocols provided under the direct supervision or prescription of a medical professional. However, we do not accept any insurance other than Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and motor vehicle related injuries covered by insurance.

SPECIAL EVENTS

Please contact us for pricing if you are interested in having us provide massage services for your company or private event. We specialize in creating amazing presentations, massage spaces and experiences.
